I basically took my engine out today, to replace one of the four engine mounts for my 717 engine. I put the drive shaft in first then the engine with the shims in the original position i then bolted the engine down but not fully..i then slid the drive shaft into the PTO without much force it went in smoothly...then i put on the jet pump assembly in and letting it slide in the shaft. I then turned the engine over in the attempt to align the shaft to the engine. I then tightened the engine down and cranked the engine and the shaft spins well but wobbles, I am not sure if its not aligned properly or what would cause this but I am pretty sure the shaft is not bend.

ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ASSISTANCE IS GREAT APPRECIATED.

Movement?....

This is something that can happen when you tighten the mounts. When you finished your alignment, it's easy for the motor to move when you go to tighten it down. Go over the procedure one more time and see if you can correct it.

Snipe, your always helping me and I always appreciate it thanks and happy thanksgiving.
I will redo the alignment once again I am pretty sure it is what you described.
I will let you know....happy holidays
