Hey all!

New here, and my first post.

I fueled her up and was ready for one last day on the river before the season ended. I usually try to run most of the fuel and oil out before garage-ing my ski for the winter. Trouble is, the weather turned and the water levels dropped, so now I have a full tank of gas and nowhere to ride.

Can anyone tell me how to drain or siphon the tank?

Thanks so much!
Holly

Welcome to the seadoo forum Holly. You could always add stabilizer to the fuel and leave it full. A lot of owners don't drain out the fuel they add the additive and run some through the carbs and follow the regular winterizing procedure. You didn't list in your avatar where you are located so it's hard to say what else you should do to winterize your doo. You might concider adding you model and year to you avatar also for future problems or questions.

Thanks for the replies!
Im located in Bullhead City, AZ. We have very mild winters, and my seadoo is usually out of water from Nov-March. I dont normally winterize, but do take it in for a pre-season check in the spring.

I wish they would keep the water level up on the Colorado.....Id put a wetsuit on and ride! The temps are in the mid 70's right now, and as long as the wind doesnt pick up, its actually pretty nice here.

I spend my summers in laughlin and have friends in bullhead city. Youll have to come to the lake in june. In the western section Im putting together a get together .
