You won't catch me talking non-Seadoo very often but I need to run this by you guys. A guy wants to sell me the Shark to go and buy another Yamaha 1200. It's all red and kinda looks like they copied the GSXL. It seems to be in good shape, should I pay $600-$700 if it checks out? I read that they are fast and handle well. Should I stray from BRP just one time?

Ya, I think I have a problem. I'm getting married Sat. but can't get my mind off Seadoos. I'm taking a couple on the honeymoon with us(no joke).

Appalachacola FL. I've always wanted to explore those waterways where the river hits the gulf. She still gets "the beach" that way. We just got a cabin for a few days.

]Congrats on the upcoming wedding[/B]. Where are you and your Seadoo's headed for your honeymoon?

There is still time :)

sounds like a rockin house

Matt congratulations on the up coming nuptials (not sure if I spelled it correctly). If you get this tiger shark you might have to postpone the wedding. A friend gave me some advise when I got married "being married is a lot like taking a bath, once you're in a while it ain't so hot".

Looks like you got all kinds of advise except about what you asked. I've only ridden a tiger shark once, it was fast and nimble but as I recall not very stable.

Thanks guys! OCOD is right though, I don't need it. None of my parts will fit, I don't even want to stray. It's just big and shiny and cheap and fast. I didn't want to pass up some ski that I would later regret. But I sure don't need more headaches and I don't have the loot just laying around.

Matt, You better get it while you can. Before I got married I had 3 sports cars and 4 motorcycles. Five years later all gone but I did get a mini-van.

A cry for help.
Can you see where I fixed it :)

If its cheap and comes with trailer and it runs for ?? not more than a good steak dinner than pass.
You don't need a one night stand

edit: went back and saw you posted $$. For 600-700 get him to 400 then maybe. But then how many are you and like you said nothing is compatible. But it could be the learning machine before unleashing someone on those xp's

Having been married for 21 years I have 2 pieces of advice:
1) Never put a machine before your wife or she won't be your wife for long
2) Jump on it while you can...I refer you to Lou's message

Ha-ha, we have been living in a cabin by the water for over three years now. She's a great Alabama girl ten years younger and a lot better lookin. She is also great with my two kids from my first wife. With all that said if it came down to her or my last Seadoo?....
At some point I will chop it down to a reasonable 4 or 5 keeper Seadoos and start building us a house.
