so i just purchased a used 2004 GTX 4tec and i came across another siemens ecu but from a different model . DIUS flasher claimed to beable to reflash the new ecu to be compatible with my Seadoo . the part number that came out of my Seadoo was 644133

so i ordered the equipment for dius flasher and ordered the firmware file for it that i needed, DIUS flasher detected the new replacement ecu. i went in to flash and it erased the ECU but failed during the flashing process. i tried many more times even pressing the start button to keep it alive still failed.

i emailed Oleg Pavlov asking for guidance and maybe its a language barrier but by the time he responded the battery on my seadoo went dead.

when attempting to flash the seadoo the first time the ecu was detected properly
after the failed flash the ecu was detected as in "Boot Mode"

after the battery died and i took it out to charge it. and reinserting the charged battery the ecu was no longer detected.
i have seen some stuff about drilling holes and shorting a pin to get it back into boot mode. but cant find any info on actually doing it,

might anyone have any ideas?

Oleg's final response was that the ecu was non serviceable because it was from 2002 -2004 but the replacement ECU came out of a 2005 model without even attempting to help or offer suggestions

here is what i have located incase anyone else needs the info the processor is a ST10F269-T3We
you need the firmware (dump) from it which is in the processor ST10F269-T3We
need an ordinary K-line adapter, power supply for 12V and the program ST10 FLASHER 2.2 (freely available)
Now proceed to connect:

you need to short pin 106 to ground with a 10k ohm resistor

Does the k-line connector need to be hooked to the 12+ and ground ?
I have the same issues.
dius froze directly after erasing ecu.
the ecu was new “06”

On this ecu the kline should have gone to pin 24. But I have found other sites claiming different pin UPS I will see if I can find it and post the pin outs that that claimed
