Did you know that newer Sea-Doo get their time clock from a built-in GPS inside the cluster? I found that out today when checking my settings and then reading the manual. This means that we could be tracked!!!
 
Actually I think you need to transmit something to be tracked, we have GPS receivers, the satellites are doing the transmitting. Next time your out riding bring your phone and make a call, for sure you can be tracked then.
 
From the moment your Sea-Doo draws the time from a satellite, it is just a possibility.

Some companies like to track their clients for marketing purposes.

I was just a bit surprised when I found out about this functionality.
