Cylinders are not as effective?!

PTO half cylinder is not working as well as the MAG cylinder! Compressive pressure 135psi both, as well as new plugs and ignition coil! Spark is the same player two plugs! When I take the MAG cylinder hat off so I get an electric shock through the wire, but I do not get an electric shock due to the PTO cylinder!? I've got one ignition coil!
What could be wrong, whether the ignition coil wires, both at the same time a spark? Is liable for my new equipment ignition coil to be broken?

Are you saying that you're not getting a spark in the rear cylinder? Try removing the spark plug boot, cut 1/4" off the end of the cable, reinstall the boot, it just twists on, and refasten with a new zip tie. Also try replacing the spark plugs. What does the rear plug look like?

Hello!

To get the spark behind the cylinder, but is it too bad for a spark! I've got the new ignition wires .. Spark plug colors are similar, but the rear cylinder (PTO) the plug is a bit wetter!?
So when you take MAG cylinder cap hat off so the engine stops, but after having a rear PTO cylinder cap off so the engine does not shut down .. quite a big difference!

I do not speak English well :)

Sorry, I'm not understanding what you are saying. I think you are talking about the rave valves, you may need to clean them, check out other threads, about cleaning and service of rave valves.
