Cylinder botom Surface issues

Hi,

I have a problem with the surface of the bottom of the cylinder. To do this, you have to be inept and there is something that is an exile between the water channel and the intake. It is difficult to feel it, but you can feel it under your fingernail. I assume that it can reach even 0.1 mm.

The question is how to deal with this problem without planning the entire surface. Maybe something from Loctite?

I ask for advice from more experienced

IMG_3169.jpegis that a flat surface, if it is you can take a piece of glass that’s larger than the surface you need to clean up. I had a small nick on the mating surface of this head from my 6.4 Hemi. I used a piece of glass with some 400 grit first and some wd-40 to lube, figure eights, only 5 or 6 strokes, follow up same process with some 800 grit.might want to consider .1mm thicker base gasket if you do this and it’s a cylinder mating surface?

if the sleeves weren't sticking out the surface would be planed on the machine. I would like to avoid that because I would have to knock out the sleeves.
