soon I hope to have the motor done and back into her....I miss having my truck.....working on finishing my new motor...close to 500hp...started with a zz4 block and just put a holley stealth ram system on it with vortec heads and everything is powder coated candy blue, or silver....truck is painted with awlgrip marine paint snow white and royal blue with a white pearl in the clear coat.

that's a nice looking truck you have; what tranny you putting behind that new motor?

this is a stupid question but do we use this section to talk about our tow rigs or to talk about towing; because i am also in love with my SUV and would be happy to talk about my mods if wanted

the factory 4l60e till it breaks...then it will still go back in just beefed up...I am going to run a gps speedo to control the trans and the new fuel system....as I cannot find a proper cheap way to get accurate speed due to my tire size and gears...I am running 37" tires and 4:88 gears....to get my speedo calibrated would cost me around $500 and thats a ball parks doing the work myself....I found a marine gps speedo kit with ant for $350.

:rofl:so true about the 4l60e stock; these transmissions don't like a lot of power in a heavy truck while stock; the SS trailblazers have the 4l70e and even with the 400hp LS2 motor they still blow a lot of trannies but then after it is beefed up they are pretty good; keep us updated on the build:cheers:

The blue and white chevy I still own as well as the yellow work van, the 2 seadoo rx 's just bought, I did sell the green gmc jimmy and the red jeep. The white chevy truck is on the day I bought it!

So the engine is fully built for the Chevy (blue/white) truck, 500hp just need the computer system for it, heres a pick below of the intake manifold for it, the top plenum is not powder coated yet, the engine I have not taken photos of yet because it is not painted yet.

Come on folks, lets see some replies on this post! Anything, everything, whatever, speak your mind!

I almost got a set of those rims for my rainier; those are Helo rims on your truck right? lol that red jeep looked tiny next to all your other rides

Yup, they are Helo cash wheels, they are actually ford 6 lug with adaptors to chevy, I am going to sell them because I hate them, I want deep dish wheels they looks better to me. Besides I want no adaptors on my truck, chevy wheels not ford. I am going to sell those 20's for around $600 for the set, no tires of corse.

That Jeep was a nice toy for the few months I owned it, I paid $800 for it and did a ton of work and welding to it then sold it for $3500.

I love projects. I love to fix things up and sell them.

nice work

Hey nice work from the looks of the intake many i caint wait to see the whole engine together. ....lets see the pics :)
