Great forum, All the info has helped me troubleshoot my magnito problems!!! I just have one question, the crank seal on the mag side, do you have to split the case to replace it, or can you put it on without splitting?

BUT... if you want a temp repair... you can pound it in, but you should come back and do it the proper way once you get a change. If its not sealed, and clamped... it may spin out, and cause a major air leak.
