alright, so i'm putting my engine back in, and after all the pictures and labeling i did, i cannot find where 2 hoses go. i have one that is kind of an S curved hose, and i think it is a fuel hose because it is a heavy black hose, connected to nothing, i found it on my cart, and now i can't find it. also, i have a purple-clearish hose that i believe it connected to the air intake. now, i have 2 hose nipples. one of them is on the fuel pump, and another is on the crank case, on the intake side of the engine, just behind the magneto housing. i assume that the heavy S curve hose is a connection between the fuel pump and the crank case, but i just cannot see why there is a direct connection between the two. any advice on what the hoses may be for would be greatly appreciated, i cannot hook up the rest of the engine and everything without these 2 hoses connected.

The one hose going to the crank case on the mag carb from the fuel pump is the pulse line for the fuel pump. The first hose black connected to nothing...where does it go..follow it. I'm kinda lost on your description.

thank you so much. on reflection, i believe it may be a vent check hose that broke off of the vent valve from the oil tank, because now that i think back on it, when i was working on it, i checked the oil tank, and i remember a piece of hose on the end of the valve check. but thank you so much guys, i was freakin out.
