cost of new lower block and install ?

hey guys ' so today I had my Seadoo professionally inspected by somebody. Apparently the lower block of the engine has cracked open and a chunk of aluminum has broken away. The lower bottom half of the block needs to be rebuilt and installed. Cost for a used lower block and install is $2,100. Is that about right for a job like this ?

I wouldn't throw $2100 at a used engine (951 w/blue raves in pic), get a new reman with a warranty if you're not gonna rebuild it yourself.
