Corroded (refinishing) jet nozzles

In another episode of “this old boat” - I need to do something about my nozzles/outlets - is this just sanding/prining/painting? Do these have to be powder coated? Who’s done this kind of work? Thanks!!

If it is a saltwater boat I would just find some clean used ones.
