1 year without cleaning the cooling system here's how it looks like: click on play button to view slide show

question: is there a chemical you know that i can use to remove these calcium or lime deposit? i even see some transparent gel build up inside,yuck! thanks for any help. btw i'm new here i have a 97 seadoo challenger single rotax 787.:rofl:

I would boil the engine its a process that the local engine shop does they remove any and all gaskets and they place the parts in boiling water and you can add some dawn dishsoap to remove grease. You know if i didn't see them do it i would not have believe it. it took about 2 hours to do i'm sure it will work for you. the only other thing i can think of is pressure wasking at the local car wash.
