Coolant backing up and leaking out

I have an rxp 215 2006 seadoo. The clear hose on the reservoir keeps leaking all the coolant out when running. Can anyone tell me why?

3 possible reasons..

1.. The cap is bad and allows pressure release at a much lower pressure than it should. (test pressure or replace cap)
2.. Your machine is overheating. (you should have warnings and it should be obvious?
3.. Your head gasket is bad allowing combustion mechanisms to over pressurize the coolant system.

What color is your coolant? How much is coming out.?
