Compression?????

Hey all new to this site Just got a used 97 xp with a 787 rotax engine in it, The motor is the bomb due to my ATV has similiar size and alot of power. Any how I got seadoo for free I got it running and put it in lake, ran for about 1 hr then all its doin is BOGGIN down???? I took compression test on both cylinders and 1 of them was 100 and the other was 75 these numbers sound low,,,,, any help would be greatly appriciated... THNX
