Yes, but it is difficult. It will be under the exhaust manifold. Alot of the time it is the starter solonoid or a bad ground. Check those first, then jump the starter solonoid. If you get a large spark and no movement, continue no further. The starter internals are shot and shorting out. If nothing happens/no spark, tap the side/back of the starter (don't beat the piss out of it) and try again. Worst case, couple bolts and out she comes.
If you replace the starter, I recommend getting and OEM rebuild kit and rebuilding your old one. The cheap chinese ones don't last and will crap out on you at the worst of times.
