Changing mph to km on RXT 2008

Hi can anyone help with regards to changing the speedo, temperature and depth to km, celsius and meters respectively. The Seadoo manual only makes mention of contacting a dealer.
Much appreciated for anyones help!!

Yes, I'm afraid thats so. Your ski has the ability to change it's language to English, French and Spanish. The unit of measure can also be changed from Imperial to Metric.....but, you have to take it to a dealer equipped with the B.U.D.S. (bombardier utility diagnostic system) and the VCK (vehicle communication kit). The older model skis could be changed through the info center.....the newer can't.
Everything on these new skis now are done through the B.U.D.S. utility and a computer. What is the world coming too?........:ack:
If you find someone to work on it to change that over, make sure, before you even take it to them, that they have the bombardier utility and VCK. If your taking it to a Sea-Doo OEM repair shop, then you need not ask. But if it's a shop that advertises that they work on Sea-Doo's, they may not be up to date on all this new equipment.:cheers:

If possible I would bring it back to the authorized seadoo selling dealer, so they can do it, and not a fly-by-nite repair shop.
