Hi,

I am new the forums. This is my first post. I just bought my first Jet Boat (98 Seadoo Challenger 1800) and I am have a little problem with the right side motor. When I goose it, I have to pull out the choke a little for it work properly. I am assuming that Carb needs some adjustment. Am I right in this matter or is it something more serious? Thank you so much for your help?

Try to lean out the low speed screw. It sounds like it is running a bit rich. Not too much, try 1/8 turn at a time until it runs fine.

Once you get it going it runs fine, right? Just bogs out of the hole, especially once you have been idling for a bit?

Scoop...wake up, get some coffee, stud... I know you misread the thread...:ack:

Needs to hit the carbs, if he has to "pull" the choke, then the system aint supplying enuf fuel, to begin with...
