In the winter I was winterizing my boat and a few small plastic pieces broke off due to the cold (I guess) and its a nuisance because I like to keep my boat looking nice. Here are pictures of the pieces that broke:

Anybody know where I cold get these parts? Do I have to replace the whole glovebox or just get a small hinge for it?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

My nephew broke off his glove box lock tab, I just looked over the different sites that sold them and bought a new lock....try the link on top of this page or Parkeryamaha. They might have the hinge too, who knows.

the round latch can be purchased on ebay, reasonable, don't order from seadoo, its almost cheaper to buy a new boat !
its the southco m1 latch

double check your hole dimensions but that should be the one :) i'm going from memory but I think its a 2" hole.
(edit) i'm having issues with ebay links today, the item # is 250903636381 if you put the item # in the search bar you'll get the listing, its the same vendor that I bought my 3 latches from...

I paid $19 + 6 shipping and bought 3 of them, cooler, back hatch, storage locker. all for like $65 shipped.
stainless is available as well.

probably not necessary, but i remember reading its the same latch that chrysler uses on their mini vans as well.

on the hinge, somebody might chime in... i'm sure its out there, actually my buddy has the 1800 and he used a piece of nylon strapping from an old trailer winch and a rivet gun on his, and it works fine, you really never see the hinge itself unless the bin is open.

Thanks! I do recall them being used in Chrysler vans because a relative has one. They are used for pulling the seats up.

Would http://www.ebay.com/itm/260558328156#ht_732wt_286 work? It says for 2" opening and its cheaper plus it locks. ( If link doesn't work use 260558328156 )

Thanks for your help.

maybe, i'm not 100%, did you measure your opening to be sure ?
I only suggested the item because I bought it, it was shipped fast & fair, and it fit perfectly and took all of 1 minute to install.
i saw the locking one and passed on it (too easy to lose the dam key then your new key becomes a flathead screwdriver)
i actually debated for a couple of days on getting stainless but decided it would stick out like a turd in a punchbowl.
