Can somebody tell me why I keep on burning piston exhaust all the time?
3 in 2 weeks!!!!
One of 4 reeve valve is dry like hell!!!!!
Any ajustment screw on the oil pump?

make sure the "notches" on the oil pump (located on front of mag cover) are aligned in nuetral position...wasth motor ever bored, if so, did yuo compensate the length of the rave valves, by grinding them back some? Have you gone thru the carbs?

You could have a bad rod bearing too... If the rod is not turning free on the crankshaft it will burn up the piston... It will cause a lot of friction against the cylinder wall burning up he piston..

I think that he is talking about the RAVE piston "burning exhaust piston".

simonzx9,
You will have to replace the RAVE valve and the housing. They get worn out and allow hot exhaust gasses to get past and melt the plastic piston.

I will take care of the lubrification problem first.
The thing that I don't understand is that on the same engine,on one cylinder the lubrification is good and on the other one it's completly dry and both oil tube are from the same pump!!!!
I don't get it....

possible, oine of those "feed" oil lines is cracked, or the brass fitting is clogged. Replace both little lines and also, use a "wire tie" and reem out the brass fitting.

elbow brass plugged....

I found my lub problem.....the brass elbow is plugged!!!!
Can I remove it easily,is it screwed or press fit?
