I'm looking for a carb kit for 1996 Seadoo. I have heard that they sell them somewhere .... Anyone know of a dealer on the net?

Thanks!

I don't feel like looking through a parts diagram and going part by part to find all of the parts .... Some dealers have already done this ....

$125 seems extremely high for a carb kit ...

I have been told to use only Genuine Mikuni rebuild kits. What do you guys think? Good advice?

I walked into my local seadoo shop, and bought two last year, before I gave up and gave the rusted carbs to Karl and bought two rebuilt carbs off of e-bay.

Still have them for when one of my toys starts to run bad...

I would think oem parts are normaly the best choice in most all situations including carbs. I have allso read some problems incounterd with after market kits for mikuni carbs.

The seadoosource.com kit I bought had EVERYTHING I needed. In particular it has the right needle/seat combo INCLUDED along with the base Mikuni kit.

The coolest thing about the kit is it has the stainless steel cap screws for the pump body and the diaphragm plates. The original philips head screws strip out during removal.

You can buy the Mikuni kits for $35 a carb elsewhere, but then you will have to piece part the needle/seat, intake gaskets and all that....probably end up paying more and still missing something you'll need.
