Carb adjustments for .5mm oversized pistons

i need to know please the adjustments to the carbs for it to run perfect with my new .5mm oversized pistons, still need to break in but need carbs adjusted correctly first. someone please help me, im so so so ready to get on the water and do 10 hours of break in.

Shouldn't make any difference, just adjust them according to the manual.
