Hi guys. I seen some previous posts on the CanDooPro but was wondering if anyone owns one and could provide some insight on the unit. I have a 98 GTX RFI and have considered purchasing. Tough expensive, I feel that I could always recoup some of the expense if I ever sold it. Thanks.

I have one because I own two DIs and now a 4tec. We also used it on another DI we bought and sold. It was invaluable to have this. Going to the dealer would be around $125 each time plus getting it there and back plus on their time. On the flipper DI we must have connected that unit a half dozen times trouble shooting. If you have an RFI or DI or 4tec and love the hobby (planning on keeping the unit) it will eventually pay for itself for sure.

The nice thing is you can pay as you go so after the initial cost it isnt all that much to add a machine license to it if you use it on more than 4 different machines.

PWC Muscle offers a 10% discount on the unit PGHMAN Use coupon code EXTREME10 at checkout!

Here is a link to the system CanDoo Pro

One other small but annoying point. The Candoo will hold 15 VIN's. You get an initial 4. We buy them 5 for the $250 so $50 is reasonable. The problem is is that you then have 14 VIN's and have to spend $100 on the last VIN..

You should be given 5 at the outset.

I'll have to check back. Pretty sure I did use pwc muscle. Otherwise I wouldn't have known about the coupon. I was told the coupon worked on everything else just not the Candoo.

I just checked - I used pwc performance. So that's why the I didn't get the pwc muscle coupon even though
the performance one did advert a coupon. Not even sure why that site was used....

Which one are you thinking about? I went on their website and there are several versions to choose from???

we received it. Your Candoo should be shipped here shortly!

I originally went on the Candoo web site and there were several to choose from. Wasn't sure which one would work for my DI. So the one PWC muscle site is the correct one??

Thanks for the link. Going to pick up my second DI tomorrow, so this is probably a good investment.

You can do key's, reset some maintenance and rental hours, change ignition timing and enter your information into the owners page. That's about it though.

I own one. Used it to reset my TPS and such. I personally feel that it was a great purchase esp over going to a dealer. If you own multiple ski's that makes it even a easier decision.

Right all, without hijacking someone else's thread after reading it, I also have a few questions regarding the Candoopro as I too am looking at buying one as well but excuse any silly questions that may follow as I am just trying to get a bit more knowledge of it all after reading the features of the candoo I'm wondering
Works with DESS, RFI, DI, and Kw2000 250k and 500k Protocols.
I know what the DESS and DI is what's the rest of it mean?
•Set Ignition Correction and Curves (2 strokes) what are they talking about ( Curves)?
Note:Features are model specific may not apply to all. ( what dosen't it do and for what models of skies other then seadoo)? Of course it wont do anything for the models made before 1996 or after 2014 I know that much.
whats being meant by yearly maintance? other then the $30 yearly fee?
Automatically detects the protocol needed without changing flashes ( meaning?)
Used it to reset TPS ( whats TPS)?
DOES the gauge cluster have to be programmed with this as well? I'm at some stage going to have to get a new one for my gti se
I plan on using the Candoo on my 08 gti se seadoo and a 02 951 DI 2 stroke seadoo I just want to make sure the candoo will work and be useful for both skies before I get it, I don't want to buy it if its only going to work with just one or the other ski.
