Can I bypass my mpem

Do I need my mpem or can it be bypassed and how. I have a 96 SP. Pretty stock without any gauges.

Can you... yes. Should you... no.

The reason is... your MPEM has the rev-limiter built into it. Without the rev-limiter... the first time the pump becomes unloaded, the engine will over rev, and could pop.

If you want to bypass the MPEM... you will have to make up a power distribution system, and add a stand alone rev-limiter.
