Buying a Used 2006 RTX

Hi all,

I am looking at buying a 2006 RTX with about 80hrs on it. Anything that I should look out for? I'm updating from a 1998 GTX LTD.

Just the normal things to check. Compression, wear ring impeller...ect.

I am assuming you meant RXT, being that is a supercharged model, your going to have some supercharger maintenance coming up in about 20 hours or so. i would get a test ride on it to see what max rpm's and speed you hit, to make sure that the SC isnt slipping. Call your local Sea-Doo service center to find their cost on the 100hour maintenance, and maybe you can use that as a bargaining chip. Best of luck.
