Built in bilge pump

I have a 2004 SeaDoo Gtx 4-tec I am trying to restore can anyone tell me if this ski has an onboard bulge pump already installed I filled with water and put key on but it is not pumping the water out what should I look for other than fuses?? HELP!!!!!!

I don't believe any Sea-Doo's of that age came with a bilge pump as standard equipment. Some people add them though so check for a small cylindrical pump in the bottom with a hose connected leading to the outside of the ski.

no bilge pump but does have bailer tubes that will suck out the water when running in the water
