Bow Filler Cushion

bow cushion?.....
I got one in my Challenger but I thought they were standard. I see you have the 2008 model. Have you asked the dealership from where you bought it? That would be my first bet you'd find it..........then, ask him questions about it. Like where it's made and who makes it..........because you know he's gonna want your arm, leg and a couple fingers to purchase it.....:cheers:

Snipe i'm the guy that had my dealer refuse to make anymore repairs to my 2008 230 wake. And now BRP was to contact another dealer and get back to me, but thats been almost 2 weeks ago? I don't know if these are standard in all the challengers? Does anyone else have a 230 wake that has this cushion?

Yeah, I remember now. But, I don't think you need to update because this is an entirely different issue. But, if you insist, let me know and I'll merge them together and clean up and delete these side posts.....
Your bow cushion? Of course, the HLSM's index hasn't updated for the 2008 yet but I went in and looked at the 230 Wake from 07. It seems that they do come standard with that year. I don't know if there is any hull changes from 07 to 08, but probably not. If you have the open holes up front for the push pins to pop through and hold the cushion down, then it should have come with that seat cushion.

Snipe don't worry about merging them I updated the 230 wake post. I had went to that site and noticed that there as not a part number for it, what year or model has it so I could see what it cost? Don't remember any holes up front but know that the lip is there fro it to fit in.

230 challenger wake
The 230 wake and the 230 challenger are the same boat just different oppositions. I dident get a part number because I decided not to buy one right now. The dealer I went through is powersports 360 in Port Clinton OHIO, great service and I have had my boat out twice totaling 5 hours of run time without a flaw, this boat is amazing .

When I bought my 2007 230 Challenger SE, I noticed the bow filler cushions on the wake edition. My local dealer could not get any info on them so I called myself. I was told they discontinued them, so now I am looking for a local marine upholstery company to make some. If anyone finds out where to get some, let me know.
I called the place in Ohio and they told me the same thing...not available.
So I did some more digging and I finally got the answer to my prayers :hurray:

Yes, I finally found a company that just started to make the Bow Filler Cushion specifically for the 230 Challenger SE and Wake- Any year models.
All they asked for was the color... White or Tan.
It's a 2 piece set they sell for $599 plus Shipping. So, I ordered a set for my 2007 SE and should have it no later than Friday :hurray:
I'll post all the vendor info and Pics as soon as I get the cushions. I want to make sure it is worth it first. :cheers:

Yesterday, there were 3 left of p/n 204613528, which is the champagne/gold color. Good luck now what she is talking about is the factory in IL has three. I would have your dealer call about this.

Well....sorry for the long delay in posting my experience with this new Bow Filler Cushion I just got for my 230 Challenger

This is a really cool 2 piece cushion that stays in place as you're crusin' and could also stow in the ski locker below floor when you don't need it. The kids love it so keep it out all the time. Also, it's build in a way that a 6ft tall person can lay down in the middle without any problem.
Those guys did a good job and delivered as promissed. Highly recommended.
