Bogs down at top end

99 GSX, 951, top end rebuild, starts and runs fine, but bogs down at top end. Any ideas? It isnt mine, but looking to possibly buy.

Hmmm, it could be the reed valves or a possible carb rebuild necessary. If your running good through the low speed and transition ranges, then bog on the top end, it could be dirty jets in the carb. :cheers:
