Is it possible that your pumps got switched? My 210 Chalenger has different impellers for each engine. I see that you said they’ve never been replaced, but if the pumps were off for service, they may have been switched.

Just grasping at straws here...

Next for me would be to take the pumps off and look for damaged on the stator, impeller and ring. And like go_panthers said switch the pumps from side to side.

If nothing changed then I would pull the pumps again and do a alignment on the motors.
