Boarding ladder screws pulled out

Screws pulled out of hull on boarding ladder on my 00 GTX what might be the best way to repair screw holes to replace the ladder back, really enjoy having it.

Sounds like some fiberglass repair if they pulled out with material and/or cracked the hull.
If they just sort of stripped "cleanly" then I'd say seal the holes with 5200 and use some kind of backing plate to put new screws in. Not sure what kind of access you have back there inside the hull. Good luck!
