Blowing fuse on fuel pump

Need some help. I just bought 2-2007 215 Wakes. One has 32 hrs on it and the other has 29 hrs. They have not been used in 3 yrs. I drained the gas in both of them and put new plugs in. The first one fired right up and is in good shape to go. The next one everytime I try to start it it blows the fuel pump fuse. Can anybody give me some advice on trying something? I was thinking about just replacing the fuel pump because it might be gummed up from sitting so long.

I would guess gummed up also and needs replacing. I have experienced several instances with electric fuel pumps in watercraft with same symptoms due to sitting in old gas and locking up
