Hello all, I am looking to become a new SeaDoo owner and I found a 2016 GTI 130 close to home with 27 hours. I noticed some black spray or dust in the engine bay picture (right side of pic). Any idea what this is? The owner says it was because he sucked up some dirt from being too shallow. Is this an alignment issue or carbon ring? Any help is appreciated before I decide to make this purchase or not. Thanks
