Beeps/Lanyard

Wow this site is addicting and informational. I have 96 spx and it came with one key. I have no beeps but can start the ski with lanyard? Is there anything wrong? I have read about not all keys working so where can I get another key that works with this button?

It's common for the beeper to die. You can replace it with one from Radio Shack (less than $10) fix it soon, as it's also your engine warning beeper.

Yes, you can get a new lanyard for the ski... but a dealer has to program it for you.
