Battery voltage too low (p0562)

I am getting a P0562 code (battery voltage to low) i changed out the battery same thing. Ski starts but seems like it struggles a bit! any suggestions

It's probably not charging. You need to check your regulator.

I am having similar problem....where is the regulator located and how do I isolate the problem? many thankws
