New owner. What do you recommend for a battery for a 2001 GTX DI? Please be very specific.

Specificity is not necessary....depends on your situation and your wallet.....how fast do you NEED/WANT it. WalMart has a fine selection, AutoZone, Napa...wherever......most stores have a battery look up manual that will guide you to the correct sized battery for your ski...12 V, 19amp hour is the spec.....the more CCA's the better (cold cranking amps).

With DI skis you need a specific battery as they use a lot of voltage. The battery mentioned in post #2, the 16L with 325CA batteries are required. Anything less or more and the electronics do weird things and start throwing codes.
I personally have had great luck with the O’Reillys Auto brand AGM batteries.
