Ok well i had my ski at the shop, they hosed me of course but i felt because i dont have alot of marine experience id let them check, its an 05 rxp i bought a pair of them last weekend, i brought it in for a missfire and i noticed there was oil in the hull. So i picked it up today and they put new plugs in and did an oil change and told me they didnt see any concerns related to oil loss, and $450 dollars later i go to the lake to run it, ski runs great but after there was a big type of cavitation, i shut the ski off and start it back up and its fine and runs fine then about a mile after that the oil indicator comes on with the beep, so i put the ski on the trailer and when i pulled the drain on the hull there was def. fresh oil. Any ideas what this could be. Should i just go back to the dealer and raise hell. I was a ford tech for 7 years and i know if i ever messed up i did good by it so it kind of pisses me off that they charge 2hrs for diag and tell me there is no problem! Any advise would be great, i bought a shop manual so im gonna be learning this marine stuff pretty quick, Thanks in advance for any help.
