Bad battery

Just got my Sea Doo Rxp-x 2008 about a week ago. yesterday i went out and just plugged in the key for fun.... noticed it didnt beep at all and wouldnt start. The battery is already dead and i just bought it a week ago! Any reason that it would have died already. I didnt leave the key in or anything.

If it's the original battery it could be time for a new one. Get a DEKA AGM.

its the original battery but the ski is brand new... it is an 08 but we bought it brand new out of the crate last week

yeah it probably is i was just wondering if there was any reason to it or just a bad battery.

Sometimes, you just get a bad battery. Just like anything else that is mass-produced... defective things get sent out.

If you bought it from a dealer... tell them you want a new battery.


The only way your battery would be dead... if it was good... is if you left it parked with the lanyard hooked up.
