I second this request. When did you pick up your ski? We bought a pair July 3rd and already had one shop visit. After getting the bill, I won't go back anytime before 25 hrs.

Yes, they have a 2011 manual, the only thig that is different that I know of is that the 2011 has a 10 hr first service, the 2012 is 25 I think

Wasn't it covered by the warranty? What went wrong?
