Anyone from Brisbane??

Hi from Brisbane

Hi all

I am from the Burpengary area, and have just purchased a 08 GIT SE.
Have not been out yet.. :(
Hoping to get on the water this weekend and get it run in, thinking of heading up to somerset dam for the day so the kids can have some fun as well.
Hi whitewulf. How did it go, have you had ski out yet? I'm on Brisbane north side. I'm real keen to get up to Somerset dam for a ride some day soon. I usually take my 08 RXP out to Bribie passage, near marina and the bridge. Great to see some locals here on the forums.

but am considering the premium membership, cause I never got a manual.

Yes become a premium member. Not just for manuals. I became a member to support this great site. I write webpages in my own time and k ow what's involved. So let's all support the people that keep it up and running.

Hi all. I had another good day up at Bribie Island passage today. There were a few others out on jetski's. I was wondering if anyone who was there today is also a forum member?
The weather today was a bit strange. Water temp about 24 degrees C. also overcast with a very light rain shower later in the day. Currents were weird. Alot of good spots but wow I got hit by a couple of waves when doing about 65mph. I had a small waterbottle in small front hatch and when i hit one wave, the dam thing hit the hatch so hard it opened the hatch and almost jumped out My RPX215 was great fun yet again.
I'm already thinking of buying another jetski. The newest 2011 RXT-X 260, with active suspension. Now that should be fun!
