Anyone bought a new ski lately???

I have been to several dealers looking at an 2011/2012 GTX 155 and while they are nice... I'm not paying anyone MSRP!!! These people think in this economy that MSRP meens what's going to be paid...????... There was an 2011 that I know has been at the dealer for over 1.5 years and they want 10.9K for it???? I'm in Fl. for those that want to know my location. I found car dealers interesting... But SeaDoo salesmen really make me laugh. I'm looking to buy an GTX 155 and make it into a fishing machine..

Correct sir... The seat is lightly sun faded and a little dirty but far from show room new in my opinion. I think waiting 6 months they will be more willing to wheel and deal with.,

...Anyone bought a new ski lately?...

Why? It still looks good...from a distance. Alright, granted, a bit tired and worn close up. But I can still run with most and better than some of the newer skis, even giving them a hp advantage.

However...if I could afford a new ski? There'd be a 2012 rxp-x in my driveway.
