Another new jet pump

everything brand new 11 months ago and now this. sucked up rocks, life vest strap with buckel, and then a bush. All rebuilt/replaced tonight and then got new bat after it would not start. decieded to replace the skat trak impeller with new solas concord 15/23 from impros, recomended by Dave after speaking with him about wanting to pull some more rpms. will try and test tomorrow. 110 degrees at the lake tomorrow. pics are of old stuff (impeller damage, wear ring damage, pump fin damage, when i pulled cone a little water and oil came out, had play up and down on the shaft, etc...) and then the new stuff. new pump, bearings, seal, wear ring, shaft, thrust washer and bearing, cone oring, impeller, rubber bumpers.

That sux, but at least you won’t have any cavitation problems after this.

Do you want to get rid of the old impeller? I would like to have a spare. I can weld the edge, and regrind it at my shop. PM me if you do.

When you put that wear ring back in, did you cover the outside of it with locktite or just a few sides? I am about to do both wear rings tomorrow and want to make sure I do it right.

pump came with wear ring, bearings, and seals installed.

want to test before getting rid of old impeller.

Wit the 140mm pumps, use WD40 on the wear ring and housing to install the impeller.
