99 XP Ltd 951cc

I have a 1999 XP Ltd 951cc. The2 years ago I rebuilt the jet pump and this year I pulled the motor and changed the starter, new pistons/rings, rebuilt the carbs, emptied the fuel tank, and replaced all fuel lines. It runs good on the house but bogs down once I put it in the water. Not sure what the compression is but I will check that monday. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

nothing to suggest until you get a compression number.

Also... running on the hose doesn't count. As you already know... without a load, you don't know if it's running right or not.

One Cylinder has 120Psi & the other had 125Psi. Not sure if this is within range or not. Thanks
