99 speedster stalls at idle

I have a 99 speedster with twin engines. At least one engine stalls at idle. One engine will usually stay running but the other cuts off. This only happens at low rpms. Any ideas?? Thanks

If it's running fine otherwise... can you just raise the idle a little? It should be 1500 RPM's in the water.
