why are there two cables that go to the carbs? is one a timing advance or is it a safety thing that i can solve by putting a return spring on? i need help i pulled the motor apart and im going through it and now its time to put it together and the only thing at the moment is to put the carbs back on. i have one of them on and the throttle is good not to hard not too soft and even closes when i release just need to know why there are two.... any info here would be awesome... thanks
