99 challenger won't start. Just clicks. Just bought it blind? Where should I start?

Good charged battery and tested. Very clean engine compartment. Twin rotax. All it does is click and the fuel gauge goes up a bit and then back down. The oil light comes on for a second. Could the lanyard key have a bad connection. Could the starter solenoid be bad? All fuses are good. Where should I start to get thing going? I heard the ignition button could be bad and a die fly wired switch could help. Thank you

When you put the lanyard on the post, do you get any beeps? That is where I would start if you know the battery is good.
