98 gts will not beep

I wanted to know if anyone has ever run into this problem. When I place the key on it will not beep. I figure I have a blown fuse since the battery is new and I know it has power. does anyone know where the fuses are and how to get them out? Are there any special tools I will need? or is this my problem in the first place? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. Steve

Does the engine turn over? It might be a bad beeper. I beleive the fuses are in the front of the pwc on that model. No tools needed, look for the little square fuses holders.
