is there a special tool to put the bellows on the rave valve housing

undo the wire clip, hold hand over black caps, so you dont lose the springs underneath it, then to remove the "guitine" from the bellows, turn the black hex look'n bolt on top, counterclockwise with wrench, until the valve falls from it. Go to Ace to replace the o-ring thats around each shaft.
