Seems as it uses lake water to cool the engine, I doubt there is ONE set temperature to check. Mine will run hotter in warmer water, cooler in cooler water.
Ive also got a outlet that dumps the water out the rear side of the machine so I can always feel the temp.. I can run all day long and still touch the sides of the cases on the block. Tho I dont suggest trying that if you dont know what your doing. In all my times of feeling the water temp on my outlet, it has NEVER burned my hand. And only a few times been kinda hot.
