'97 XP - bogging/stalling at low rpm

I have a 97 XP thats always had this issue with bogging and stalling at low rpms. Unless you go hard on the throttle and feather it to keep it alive it tends to stall. I had the carbs rebuilt, rebuilt the drive with new bears and seals, replaced the fuel line. None of the above resolved the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

The carbs need set up properly... or the RAVE valves are stuck open. OR... your compression is very low.

I always think about this at the beginning of the season when I'm never interested in decommissioning the boat lol......ugh.

It sounds like you have already done a lot of things in this thread, might be a good idea to read it and see if you missed anything.
