97 gti dont run full rpms it sputters a little?

another question i was out for first time like i mentioned earlier but when i gave it full throttle it wasnt smooth it bogged and sputtered a little, lower rpms it ran good is it because of my over heating problem? are maybe the typical clean out carbs, change fuel lines ect thanks for any help!

If it was from overheating... then there is engine damage.

I would say that the carbs still have a blockage.

Ok tony i will change fuel lines clean carb ect... i just was anxious to test it out to see what all issues came up one was a water leak in manifold, bogging at high rpms and a knocking sound coming from the rear at idle? When i rev it up it goes away could it be carbon ring or wear ring hitting a little thanks tony

I think I just answered that one... but it may not have been you.

The seadoo pumps knock at low RPM because the pump shaft can move back and forth. when the RPM's come up... the shaft will "Load" and stops knocking.
